Gypsy Wagon Coffee is so much more than just a coffee business, it is a dream becoming a reality. Local and family-owned, our coffee business has been growing in our minds for more than a decade. Now we are proud to bring it to you.
My Story
The name Gypsy Wagon was born with our owner and founder, Tia. Born in Romania and adopted at 10-months old, she is a Romanian Gypsy - and her vision sets our path every day. From the design of the trailer to the flavors of our drinks, her passion can be seen, felt, and tasted with every cup of our delicious espresso.
Beside Tia are her husband, Dennis, and their two children, Phoebe and Isabel, helping bring this business to life.
